I know his stuff moves in glacial time, but it HAS been 8 years since the last solo Henley album...and at THAT time it seemed as if it had been an eternity...though before we know it will be equidistant between EOI and the current day. I"m skeptical that at this late date we're going to get anything that was as good as his first three albums, but whatever he puts out, I'm sure there will be a decent market for it and at the very least the quality standards will be high.
I think Henley has said that he has two more to put out. At the rate he's going, his next one will be out in a few years and then another when he turns 73. At which point he'll tell us he grew up a lot between 65 and 73 and that it's reflected in his music.

Seriously, any word of new stuff on the horizon? The earth's horizon, that is.
