Keyboard parts on NKIT?

Trying to learn the CORRECT parts...I would have expected the electric piano to drop out when the organ comes in, but now I don't think that's what I'm hearing.  Is the piano playing all the way through and the organ only comes in at certain times, or are there periods when the piano does drop out?

The e-piano part does go all the way through. When I play NKIT, during the chorus, I play the organ part on my second keyboard with my left hand and play the rhodes part with my right hand. It sounds ok in a live environment but if I was recording, I would just overdub.
