Frankly I'm a bit bemused about the "five months on the road next year" line.

I know nothing is fact until it happens in Eagles land but I was quite looking forward to a Glenn's year of writing and more specifically a new album, hopefully with extensive promotion including a European visit, from Joe.

A fallow Eagles year seemed to be a good idea before they celebrate their fortieth anniversary in 2012.

I agree. It's great they are touring, as long as they come back to Tulsa but I was kinda looking forward to a few cds coming out.... ::)
