Dear Lisa:

The section was specified an confirmed. Section B was specified for the Vegas shows also last November--. I was the last person to purchase the ticket from the drop down and still sat on B on 11/05

If had purchased a mere Front Row Package, it would have been at my own risk. However I did purchase a package for FRONT ROW SECTION B.This is from their itinerary:

"Last, but not least, get ready to enjoy Eagles from your great seat(s) in the front row in Sect. FLR B!!"

I did pay 895, did receive an inferior product and It was implied by their people that I was not telling the truth.

Well then I think since you can prove that you should be able to get some answers from them.

The description for the show last week DID specify front row Section B. I never did see them available, they were not available at first, then later said sold out. I purchased 2 VIP packages, row 2-10. We ended up in row L (12). I bought them minutes after they went on sale, so no way if seats are assigned in the order of sale would we have been towards the back of the section, and should not have been in row 12. Fortunately, we were in the center of the B section. People next to us also had VIP seats and were very angry.

The party before HAS gone downhill. My first couple ILAA experiences were for Don alone. They were absolutely awesome. Beautiful tables, cloth napkins, excellent food and open bar. And the M&G, the best part. Now you get paper napkins, 2 drinks (bottled water, soda, beer or wine, mixed drinks you paid cash), and you could look all over and not find salt or pepper.

I emailed VIP Nation and told them they did not sell me what was promised. I requested a $400 refund. I sent the same email every other day until I heard back that they would look into the matter. Today, I was notified that my credit card was refunded $400, the difference between the cost of 2 VIP seats and the Fan seats. I don't think they'll try messing around with customers again. I'm sure there are a lot of people demanding refunds.

They have changed the package descriptions for the November show. Front row is now any seat in A B or C, and VIP rows 2-11. Fan package is a seat in the first 20 rows.

The thing that is really aggravating is their lack of error-ownership. Pre-concert, I was being asked to prove that their website stated Section B (seriously). The Director of ticketing Tina, asked me to show proof.  Once I the proof materialized, she disappeared.  But, prior to materializing the proof I was told that I did purchase the ticket too-late. My view was completely obstructed by the piece of equipment next to Timothy B. Schmidt and the person video-taping. My theory is that some high-roller or influential person requested a front-row center seat and my ticket was given away – at the last minute. I don’t know if there is a connection, but my ticket was printed on MGM ticket-paper.
They need really need to do something about their customer service. Don’t they have a project manager? I mean, people come from all over the world to see the Eagles.

I didn't voice a complaint that night about row 12, as I wanted to be sure of what I was talking about. And I also figured there wasn't anything to be done to fix it at that late time, as tickets were in hand. I checked my facts when I got home. Then I started my emails.

The pre-party does nothing for me, I pay the prices for the good seats. In your case, I'd want a full refund. I still had great seats, but I was promised better ones. Opportunities to see the Eagles are far and few, and sorry to say, could end at any time. This was one show that can never happen again, and I didn't sit where I was supposed to sit! The refund helps, but I would've much rather have had the great seat that night than the money back.

Dear Cindy:

I am with you, the party does absolutely nothing for me. I go for the Eagles-experience. By the way, I did ask for a full-refund.  I haven't received a reply!

Hey Cindy -- FYI:  They admitted “mea culpa” by refunding me.  The refund helps! But, of course, I would also have preferred to have enjoyed that particular concert from a front-row-center seat.

They did the right thing. Maybe I'll use them again in the future, now that they've learned a lesson. I'm happy for you. Pays to complain. Thanks for letting me know the outcome.
