Hi all!

Normally I'm banging my gums (or hands as the case may be) over in Joe's section but my night was made completely when I found out that Timothy is coming to play locally. That is going to be awesome and you better believe I am going to be going. I normally don't follow him (meaning his activities) very much but maybe I'll start; that's why I didn't realize that he had a solo tour going as well. I've been on pins and needles just waiting for a tidbit from Joe in terms of his playing down here but Tim works just fine too!

I have seen Timothy in 1992 (along with Joe) in Ringo's All Starr Band and then in 1995 with the Eagles, so I know that he is going to kill live.

I am very excited about this and thanks to this site for putting that info out there!

And I just saw Timothy is playing in Austin!  Yay!  Finally one we can go to!

I remember commenting recently that, of all the options open to Tim in the next few months, more Expando dates is probably bottom of the pile but I've seen Tim's Expando show so I'm a bit biased.

I hope you enjoy the show, I'm sure you will. His band is great.  

Does any body want to hear anything besides Expando tracks and Eagles tokenisms?

So Much In Love and/or Caroline No are a couple of fab Tim covers that I'd love to hear him sing live.

It's going to be a real treat getting to see Tim as I really don't know much about his solo stuff, but am willing to keep an open mind. I just think it would be awesome to see him.

Now, I have to go listen to Expando and his other stuff. Yes, my iTunes account will get some use. I need to prime myself for this show.

The place Tim is playing here is a theater venue. I'd not been to it yet but I'm also seeing Greg Lake (from ELP) at the same venue in 2 weeks. I'm not sure how many it holds. I think it's going to be a nice intimate setting.

Ohhhh. wow! What a night! Tim really hit it out of the park live! i just got home from seeing him and took photos w my camera and my phone, including one of him leaving the club out the back door.

I think seeing TBS live actually made me more of a fan than I initially was. I also bought Expando and listened to it on the ride home.

Tim was very personable and sweet. I could have listened to him all night long. He could really tell a story.

The venue was tiny that I saw him in, prob held 400 people, tops. And it was sold-out as well as being the only FL date.

It would be great to see any of them in such small venues
