Hey Cindy -- FYI:  They admitted “mea culpa” by refunding me.  The refund helps! But, of course, I would also have preferred to have enjoyed that particular concert from a front-row-center seat.

Dear Cindy:

I am with you, the party does absolutely nothing for me. I go for the Eagles-experience. By the way, I did ask for a full-refund.  I haven't received a reply!

The thing that is really aggravating is their lack of error-ownership. Pre-concert, I was being asked to prove that their website stated Section B (seriously). The Director of ticketing Tina, asked me to show proof.  Once I the proof materialized, she disappeared.  But, prior to materializing the proof I was told that I did purchase the ticket too-late. My view was completely obstructed by the piece of equipment next to Timothy B. Schmidt and the person video-taping. My theory is that some high-roller or influential person requested a front-row center seat and my ticket was given away – at the last minute. I don’t know if there is a connection, but my ticket was printed on MGM ticket-paper.
They need really need to do something about their customer service. Don’t they have a project manager? I mean, people come from all over the world to see the Eagles.

Dear Lisa:

The section was specified an confirmed. Section B was specified for the Vegas shows also last November--. I was the last person to purchase the ticket from the drop down and still sat on B on 11/05

If had purchased a mere Front Row Package, it would have been at my own risk. However I did purchase a package for FRONT ROW SECTION B.This is from their itinerary:

"Last, but not least, get ready to enjoy Eagles from your great seat(s) in the front row in Sect. FLR B!!"

I did pay 895, did receive an inferior product and It was implied by their people that I was not telling the truth.

Hello everybody!  I am writing to share my experience with the VIP package for this past Las Vegas concert. I have been a satisfied customer of ILAA, having purchase packages for Eagles concerts previously. I do use L&M ticket-guide to purchase them. I never do buy front row packages unless the section is specified. With that being said, I did purchase a FRONT ROW Center section B for the Eagles concert in Vegas this past weekend. However, I did receive a seat in FRONT ROW section C. I talked to Tina, their ticketing person (I believe her name is Tina Shoemaker) who basically claimed that what I was saying -- Section B -- not likely. It was also said that I bought the ticket too-late. I think the other of purchase was not a factor here. If there was one seat available would still be located on B, right?  In addition I was asked to provide proof that their website stated FRONT ROW section B.
It was also claimed that the seat that I was receiving was in a reasonable location. It was not – not for a VIP package. The seat was located far-off to the outer left side, if one is facing the stage and it was partially obstructed by that piece of equipment (organ/piano?) that is located next to Timothy B. Schmidt during concerts until is moved away – at the end of the concert. My view was also obstructed by the camerawoman whose “home-base” was in the aisle between the front row and stage -- slightly to my right.
I have sent a couple of emails to VIP Nation and have not received. There were also other mistakes. I was not the only victim.  Another example: There was a man from Canada who did receive a seat in row 12 when he claimed he bought 2-10.  He was furious. The general feeling from a few of the repeat-customers was that the event-organization has gone down at least a notch since the merger VIP NATION/ILAA. It appears that the ship is being stirred by different captains.
I had a bit of luck towards the end of the concert -- a girl who was seated towards the middle asked me to move to the space next to her. So, I was able to enjoy Desperado from a fantastic position.  I sincerely hope they get their act together.
Thank you guys for listening!
