Hi Everyone,

I don't wanna seem like I'm jumping in (sorry Smiley ) but quick question, who is actually planning on going to Anaheim, Sacramento and San Diego??  I'm sooooooooo considering (as a few of you have seen on facebook) flying over to do these gigs.  I had everything planned out for me and my friend, but unfortunately she can't come now and am a bit anxious about going on my own.  I've never been to this part of the US before and definately not on my own.  I need to make a decison as the tix go on sale to general public about 6pm UK time on Monday. Would like to know what it's like for a Brit on her own late at night, and what is generally around.

Would love to meet up with some Eagles fans from here.

Please let me know, any tips or advice welcomed.

In any of the other cities I would say public transport was great but we found LA hard to get around, but we were only there a week, so I suppose it depends on how you are going to get around.

there's the locals that would have ideas on that, ME I wouldn't drive...it's mad! laughing7 good luck!

I've settled on my Sacramento tickets, I'm actually quite pleased with them as it's closer than I was in Chicago two years ago.

I got Floor 3 (So Henley area Wink ) row L seats 3&4.

I can't get anything....A N Y T H I N G for the San Jose gig so hopefully the second San Jose gig (May 1st) I might have better luck, only thing is, I've now gotta jig everything around.....all planes and trains and hotels etc..  Why do the guys do this to us!!! Huh?  LOL

Hey I'll be there, would be rude not to go to it  laughing7

Great seats for Sacramento!

Don't worry too much about San Jose.  Seats will be released.  They always are.

Section 128 row 6 is good.  But I hear you about wanting Tim's side.  Section 116 row 6 came up for me and it killed me to let them go but it was for 2 seats only and I needed 4.  Do my friends even realize the sacrifice I made for them!!  If you notice they are listing Premium seats in both those sections for rows 1-5 and they are $395.

Aw man, those were some good seats, i'd love to be there, but oh well, Tim runs over to Joe's side once in awhile so i'll get a good glimpse of him. Its just that i have gotten rows 1 though 3 before on the floor so now i am spoiled. But hey, at least i am going  Grin I hope you find some soon

Wow!! you guys managed to get good seats up, I couldn't get anything except rows 30 on the floor or seating in the sections behind the stage.  I'e still been looking and still all I can get is the side or behind the stage, I don't understand how they can sell these seats, morally and ethically!!

Hey ho, I know how a lot of you guys don't approve of the ILAA tix but I confess I did do those, so hopefully they'll be ok, I panicked and just wanted everything booked etc, which I am now so I can finally relax even managed to get tickets for Alcatraz too!

Hope to see a lot of you all there would be awesome to meet you all Cheesy

Eagles fans, tell me.......

What are the Eagles-related places that a fan would want to see while in LA & surrounding area?

Well, you'll want to see the Beverly Hills Hotel (HC Cover).  There's Echo Park (where Glenn and JD lived and Jackson Browne lived below them).  On Sunset you can find the Sunset Grill (but it's changed and is NOT like the place Don wrote the song about).  The Troubadour and Dan Tana's are on Santa Monica Blvd.  You can drive up to Mulholland and see the hole in the ground where Don's house used to be.

That's just off the top of my head.  I'm sure there are more.....

FYI - Anyone wanting tickets for the San Jose 4/30 show, Ticketmaster is starting to release some good seats.  Right now row 4 on the floor and row 4 section 128 are available.  I just bought row 4 section 116 (the TBS side).
