A little help?

Could someone “in the know” about the functionality of this website help settle a friendly disagreement, please?

My small but tight circle of friends has been fans for the longest time. Some pay more attention than others. It’s probably a small detail in such a vast assembly of detailed information, but somebody is stating there used to be a disclaimer posted to this site claiming it is completely run by fans and has no affiliation whatsoever with the band.

We realize there has been many upgrades and it maybe just a case of not enough space, or maybe we’re missing it. My friends and I are stubborn and we’d just like to know for sure if this is the same site or we’re possibly thinking of another.

It's still there, on the home page for the site. Just scroll down and there is a huge paragraph explaining all you need to know. Here's a copy in case you can't find it.
